1. Consumed Usage

API usage that has already been consumed is generally non-refundable.

2. Duplicate or Incorrect Charges

If users discover duplicate charges, incorrect charges, or billing errors caused by system issues, they should contact support@zaoshui.ai as soon as possible for review.

3. Prepaid Balance

If the product includes prepaid balance or account credits, the applicable refund conditions and any unused balance rules should be disclosed before payment.

4. Violations

Refunds are generally not available where account access is restricted due to misuse, violations of the terms, or security risk.
